Halloween

Halloween was a blast!!! Me-ma came over for awhile in the afternoon and taught the kids how to trick-or-treat! They would ring the door bell and she would answer the door...they LOVED it. Then Me-ma was the trick-or-treater. She said they kept wanting to do it all afternoon. Then the kids went trick-or-treating with dad for awhile while I stayed home and passed out treats. The kids were exhausted when all was said and done!

Here is the loot they made out with. Cambree thought this was a really cool holiday. She actually layed down in all the candy and was doing swimming motions (Like she had just wont he lottery and she was rolling around in her millions of dollar bills) I couldn't get the camera fast enough!

She screamed and screamed when we put the candy up. I have never seen quite the tantrum.

Caleb and his buddy Jace. They went trick-or-treating together for awhile! I guess they kept fighting over who was going to ring the door bell at each house! Crazy kids!

Cambree got to trick-or-treat in the lap of luxury. Dad put her in her little car and just pushed her around the whole night! PERFECT! Dad loved it and Cambree loved it!

Halloween program and carnival

Caleb had a carnival and Halloween program at school. They sang some cute songs and then played carnival games and had pizza. It was so fun! The kids had the best time.

So my kids LOVE music and LOVE to dance. It turns into a daily activity and I love every minute.

Preschool Fieldtrips!

With Caleb's preschool we get to go on a fun fieldtrip every month! For the month of October we got to go to the Hee Haw Farms. We had a great time.

In the corn maze

Caleb got us out of the corn maze in about 10 minutes. It was pretty easy.

In the month of September we went to the firestation and we got to meet the firemen and see the trucks and learn about fire safety. Caleb was a little nervous to try things out but I think he had a good time!

Our baby goes to PRESCHOOL!

My baby started PRESCHOOL today! I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He was so excited to go. We had to get some pictures with his backpack and his excited face! He did great. He walked right into class and says, "hi my name's Caleb" and he went and put his backpack away and said, "mom you can leave now"! He was so brave to go without his mommy. Needless to say I was not as brave to go without my buddy!

Yes, his backpack really is this big! I think we could fit him in it and I could carry him to school!

I can't believe Caleb is already going to school. He has a love of learning and is so excited. I think it will be really good for him to make new friends and learn new things. Once I get used to the schedule I think it will be good for me too! I love you little schpooba and I am excited for you to go to school!

Thanksgiving point.....again

We ventured to Thanksgiving Point again this week and went to the Garden's. It was a great time! The weather was perfect and the kids loved just walking around and getting some fresh air. I spent most of the time being frustrated that the kids would not "pose" for a good picture. They had their own plans in mind and they did not involve the camera. I was still able to get some cute ones.

Cambree walked most of the time and by the end she was so "pooped" out that she just plopped right down for a rest!

August Fun

We had a lot of FUN this past month!

On a really hot day we went and played in the sprinklers and had a great time!

This was some serious nap hair. We kinda think she looks like a "Who"

We have really been into painting this week. It is quite a project to get all cleaned when we are done, but it is great entertainment!
