We went to the American Idol auditions this week. It was CRAZY! We arrived at 5am. It was a very long day. So many people were there. We met some really fun people who were excellent singers. We actually got to be in the opening sequence for the Salt Lake auditions. So watch for us when the show airs in January.

The audition process was lame. They put up these little curtains and at each table 4 people would go up and sing their song. Then they would either say no to all 4 people or they would choose 1. Well in Brandon's group there was a girl who had been professionally singing for years now. She has been in a group with an agent and record deals and everything. So they were so stuck on her that they didn't even really listen to anyone else in the group. So Idol is a no-go, we will have to make our millions by winning the lottery i guess!
Even though he didn't make it we still had a good time!

Eric told us Brandon was trying out. We were cheering for him! They obviously don't know good talent.
